Our Vehicles are on the road daily serving Airport runs, Events, and Group transportation across our markets. To support this demand, AUX Rideshare is hiring a skilled Fleet Mechanic who can take ownership of maintenance, repairs, and overall fleet reliability.
If you’re someone who can diagnose issues quickly and keep vehicles road-ready, this role puts you at the center of operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance on shuttle buses, vans, and fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines
- Handle brakes, suspension, electrical systems, A/C, and general repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles stay road-ready
- Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance before and after shifts
- Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair needs
- Maintain service records and report major issues to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience working on diesel and gas shuttle buses or commercial vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance and DOT safety standards preferred
- Must have own tools (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
