KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily driver operations and scheduling across your market
- Monitor fleet readiness and coordinate with the mechanic team on maintenance needs
- Handle on-the-ground issue resolution — driver support, dispatch questions, and service escalations
- Enforce safety and compliance standards across the driver fleet
- Track performance metrics and report on market operations to leadership
- Support driver recruiting, onboarding, and training in your market
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, ideally in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — comfortable making real-time decisions
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or able to work in one of our markets (Dallas, Austin, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix / Tempe, Tuscaloosa)
- CDL preferred — willing to help cover bus insurance costs is a plus
