By accessing or using AUX Rideshare services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
AUX Rideshare provides group party bus transportation services. You must be 18 years or older to book a ride. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your group complies with all applicable laws and our conduct policies during rides.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed upfront with no hidden fees or surge pricing. Cancellation policies vary by booking type and will be disclosed at the time of reservation.
Conduct on Vehicles
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect. Illegal activity, damage to vehicles, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal and potential ban from the platform. You may be held liable for any damage caused to vehicles during your booking.
Driver Terms
Drivers operating on the AUX platform must maintain a valid commercial driver's license, pass a background check, and keep their vehicle in compliance with AUX standards. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of AUX Rideshare, LLC.
Limitation of Liability
AUX Rideshare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
