    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead driver recruitment and onboarding across DFW
    • Conduct training sessions (app usage, safety, customer experience, AUX policies)
    • Manage daily staffing and shift coverage (events, airports, nightlife, campuses)
    • Oversee driver performance, discipline, and professionalism
    • Ensure all vehicles are properly staffed and operational
    • Handle escalations, complaints, and operational issues
    • Coordinate with management to scale operations across DFW markets

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in staffing, operations, or transportation management
    • Strong leadership and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to enforce company policies strictly
    • Must be flexible with evenings, weekends, and high-demand events
    • Familiarity with the DFW area is strongly preferred
