AUX Rideshare is expanding rapidly across the DFW Metroplex and is hiring an experienced Area Manager to lead operations, hiring, training, and staffing across Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding cities.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing rideshare environment.
ROLE SNAPSHOT
Position: Area Manager | Location: DFW Metroplex | Company: AUX Rideshare
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead driver recruitment and onboarding across DFW
- Conduct training sessions (app usage, safety, customer experience, AUX policies)
- Manage daily staffing and shift coverage (events, airports, nightlife, campuses)
- Oversee driver performance, discipline, and professionalism
- Ensure all vehicles are properly staffed and operational
- Handle escalations, complaints, and operational issues
- Coordinate with management to scale operations across DFW markets
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in staffing, operations, or transportation management
- Strong leadership and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to enforce company policies strictly
- Must be flexible with evenings, weekends, and high-demand events
- Familiarity with the DFW area is strongly preferred

- College routes (SMU, TCU, UNT, etc.)
- Nightlife and event transportation
- Group rides, party buses, and scheduled bookings
